...or the peep-hole... gonna be shooting something soon on dv, and was wondering if anyone knows how to do that thing where everything on the screen seems to be curved around a bowl. maybe an effect something in premiere or something?
thanks

Well thers definetly a video filter like that in final cut or...once when I was doing a music video we shot through a curved mirror which we'd pass in front of the camera to distort various images. Maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but funky all the same.

Hey there.
What you want is fish eye lense. There cheap to buy. Just make sure it fits your camera.
Despin out.

shooting through a fisheye lens the wrong way round looks much better, much more like a peep-hole... or even get a pair of binoculars and shoot though them the wrong way round - interesting effect
